millet burgers

serves 3-4

200g millet – cooked well (fill pan with water ¾ inch above grain & simmer gently for 20 mins or so)

1 tblspn seaweed - sea salad/arame/hijiki  soaked in a little water.

1 lrg onion – chopped & sweated in ghee

2 cl. garlic – as above

1 tblspn chopped parsley

3 tblspn tahini/nut butter

Tamari & black pepper to taste

Mash all above ingredients together & form into burgers.

Can be eaten cool as is with salad or warmed in the oven.
