Flaxseed (linseed) tea

Drink flax tea daily - esp. in the morning to rehydrate the body.
Soak 1 tsp. organic golden flax seeds (linseed) in 1L. water overnight.
Simmer for 1 hour, strain into a jug & refrigerate, keeps 2-3 days.
Mix ½:½ with hot water to drink.
